A whimsical and unique piece of art pottery handcrafted by Weaver's Whimsical Jugs (c. 1990), referred to as southern folk pottery. Features the face of a siamese cat with white fur and blue eyes, and a textured handle on the back made to look like a tail. The plug in the top is fashioned from a dried corn cob. These jugs were made to store moonshine, and were used by mountain folks situated in and around Georgia and the Carolinas. In excellent condition.
