An American art pottery vase by the Weller factory designed by French artist Jacques Sicard. This artist only worked for Weller between c. 1901 to c. 1907. He had been employed by Sam Weller to try to compete with Tiffany at that time. This was due to his glazes. They were compared to Tiffany's glass. It is signed Weller Sicard on the face, as seen in the photographs.
