6-1/2 inches inner circumference and 1-1/2 inches wide.
I honestly do not know the age of this. The plastic tests positive for Bakelite.
It was suggested to me that the embellishment was possibly added at a later date to a Bakelite blank.
A few scratches and signs of age.
Definitely a unique piece...I could not find another like it.
