A native Chicagoan, I would "guesstimate" this keepsake dates back to the 1940s or 1950s as later Windy City landmarks such as the Picasso sculpture in Daley Plaza and the John Hancock building are not depicted on this album's lid. What we do find, though, or images of Lake Shore Drive, Soldier Field, the Merchandise Mart, Buckingham Fountain, the Adler Planetarium, the Wrigley Building, the Prudential Building, and the Civic Opera Building.
This little album is composed of silvertone metal with landmarks depicted in goldtone. Measurements are 4" x 3". Pristine inside and obviously never used but please be advised there is age-appropriate nicking and scratching on the outside of this collectible after over half a century.
