This wonderful oversized-paperback trio was issued by the Instituto Geografico de Agostini Novara. These books measure 11 1/2" x 9" and are in extremely good vintage condition, with no loose pages or the like. They are loaded with full-page, color photos.
"Visioni di Milano" is 25 pages long and is dated 1962, "Stampato in Italia" on its last page.
"Visioni di Roma" is also 25 pages long and is dated 1961.
"Visioni de Tigullio" is again 25 pages long and has a large map enclosed. It has a 1959 copyright date. It is the only one of the series not in topnotch condition as there is a bit of wear to some of the upper right-hand pages toward the back of the publication, though it is still completely intact. It is also the only one with handwriting, this being a signature of the owner on the title page, with the date Sept. 12, 1966 noted.
The photos are so charming and capture a time more than half a century ago that provides a splendid backward glance for those of us in love with Bella Italia!
