For sale here is a SCULPTURAL vintage 1970s handmade sterling silver and tigereye quartz geometric modernist pendant by silversmith/designer Uwe Moltke of Denmark. A stunning sculptural work of art to wear by one of the greats of the Danish modernist movement! Really makes a statement when worn either on a chain, a black cord, or a neckring! The pendant measures 2-1/4" tall by 1-1/2" wide, and weighs a hefty 15 grams total. Gorgeous flawless stones of great color as is usually the case with works by this artist! Marked at back as shown, "Sterling 925S Denmark", and maker mark "UM" for Uwe Moltke. One of the more collectible of the Danish mid century modernists of the 20th century, Uwe Moltke's works are always good design and superlative construction!
