For sale here is a STRIKING vintage 1930s 40s handmade sterling silver Mexican Art Deco pre-Columbian Mask design brooch most likely from Taxco. A really unique and wonderful design with an air of mystery and the weight of ages! Measures 2-1/8" by 2-1/8" and weighs 0.8 ounce or about 24 grams total. Marked at back as shown, "Silver Made in Mexico". Tested and guaranteed to be at least sterling silver, but more likely a higher grade which was more common in the 30s and early 40s era. Excellent vintage condition with just fine light wear and tarnish as shown - please view the photos, read the description, and ask all questions prior to purchase.
