For sale here is a STUNNING vintage 1940s 50s handmade sterling silver handmade sterling silver Mexican Art Deco bracelet designed by Margot in the early days of Los Castillo in Taxco. Margot was influenced by the international Art Deco movement, as well as Asian art and other design sources, and this lovely bracelet is a great example of her work in that design genre! A stylized floral and swirl design link is repeated with each link facing up or down around the length of the bracelet. Measures 7.25" wearable length by 1-1/4" wide, and weighs 2.8 ounces or 79.37 grams total. Marked as shown, "Sterling Made in Mexico" and "Los Castillo Taxco" with design number "379". It has been in my personal collection for many years, but my collection has grown too large, and it is time for some of these rare and wonderful treasures to find new homes. Excellent vintage condition with just fine light wear and tarnish as shown - please view the photos, read the description, and ask all questions prior to purchase. I am open to reasonable offers from serious buyers.
