For sale here is a SUPERB vintage 1950s signed handmade sterling silver and azurmalachite inlay modernist design link bracelet by Nestor of Taxco. Each link is raised in the center with it's two sides at an angle sloping downwards, and this gives the bracelet a lot of extra 'oomph' when worn. An outstanding design by one of Taxco's lesser known craftsmen, but the design speaks for itself! Measures 1-1/8" wide with inside 'straight-line' measurement of 7" but since the links are curved inward it will actually accommodate a slightly larger wrist, as much as 7.5" in my opinion. Weighs a hefty 61 grams total. Marked inside surface as shown, "Nestor Hecho en Taxco 925 Sterling". As you can see in my closeup photos, the azurmalachite mosaic stone inlay is somewhat irregular in spots. This is original, not damage, and is consistent with much of the mosaic stone inlay that you see from the period in Taxco. Excellent vintage condition with the above caveats and a couple pinpoint dings to the metal as shown in photos but otherwise just very fine light wear and tarnish - please view the photos, read the description, and ask all questions prior to purchase. I am open to reasonable offers from serious buyers.
