For sale here is a RARE vintage 1930s 40s Art Deco era carved 'butterscotch' Bakelite and 'angel skin' celluloid chain link bracelet. Each of the butterscotch Bakelite panels is deeply carved all the way thru! The only one of this design that I have run across in my over 45+ years of collecting/buying/selling vintage Bakelite jewelry! Some people call this the worm design referring to the shapes of the carving because it resembles the patterns worms make in wood, but to me it reminds me of French graphic design of the Art Deco era. Measures 7" wearable length by 1-1/8" wide. Unmarked as is expected and usual with American Bakelite jewelry of the era. Guaranteed to be genuine vintage Bakelite and celluloid bracelet, not a reproduction or re-make from old parts.
