For sale here is an ICONIC vintage 1950s handmade sterling silver and cultured pearl Mexican modernist abstract design brooch pin from Delfino of Taxco. Delfino was in business in Taxco from the late 40s to the early 1980s, and specialized in the mid century modernist genre of jewelry. This is an especially excellent example of their work! The brooch measures 2-1/2" by by 1-3/8", and weighs 7.1 grams total. The pearl is about 7mm in diameter. Marked at back as shown, "Mexico Delfino Taxco 925". Excellent vintage condition with just fine light wear and tarnish as shown - please view the photos, read the description, and ask all questions prior to purchase.
