For sale here is a RARE vintage 1950s handmade brass bangle kinetic bracelet originally designed by Hubert Harmon in the 1940s, and later produced by Maya of Mexico in the 1950s. A little seen rare design and superbly crafted entirely by hand! The design is of two hands each holding a ring at center from which depends a chain from which depends two spheres. Lots of movement when worn! Measures 1-3/8" wide without the chain and spheres, or 3-3/4" wide if you count the chain and spheres, and fits up to a 7-1/2" wrist inside wearable. The bracelet opens at back with a sliding pin closure that is easy to move but secure when worn. Marked in two places, "Maya" as shown. There are some spots of tarnish to the metal that can be easily removed with a brass polish. Excellent vintage condition with just fine light wear and some tarnish as stated and as shown - please view the photos, read the description, and ask all questions prior to purchase. I am open to reasonable offers from serious buyers.
