For sale here is a RARE pair of vintage 1950s 60s handmade mixed metals sterling silver brass black onyx and turquoise geometric design Mexican modernist cufflinks by maestro Tono of Taxco, and from his early 'piedra negra' (black stone) line of jewelry. A very rare design that I've only seen once before, and in great vintage condition! Each measures 3/4" by 3/4" at fronts, and the pair weigh a hefty 16.4 grams total. Marked at back as shown, "Tono Piedra Negra Hecho en Mexico Sterling Taxco 925 AC" and another mark "R1". Excellent vintage condition with just fine light wear and tarnish as shown - please view the photos, read the description, and ask all questions prior to purchase.
