For sale here is a HUGE vintage 1950s handmade 970 silver Mexican modernist petroglyph Archers design belt buckle by maestro Antonio Pineda of Taxco. Roughly triangular boomerang-shaped buckle with the design cut-thru the upper layer to dark interior makes the archer figures really POP against the polished silver surround! Measures 5-1/2" by 2-3/8", will fit up to 1-1/2" wide belt, and weighs a super-hefty 128.8 grams total. Marked at back as shown with the Antonio Taxco crown mark, Eagle 17, design number PZ 148, also marked "970 Silver" and "Hecho en Mexico". Excellent vintage condition with just fine light wear as shown - please view the photos, read the description, and ask all questions prior to purchase. I am open to reasonable offers from serious buyers.
