Weaver lives in the Second Mesa village of Shungopovi, is a member of the Sun's Forehead Clan, and uses the Sun's Forehead as his mark. He learned his craft from Bernard Dawahoya, Eldon James, and Manuel Poseyesva during the years he worked at Hopi Crafts. A lovely large necklace with central Eagle figure flanked on both sides by large feather plaques. Measures 18-3/4" wearable length which can be worn shorter if desired. Measures 2-1/2" wide at center front, and weighs a hefty 64.9 grams total. Marked at back with his hallmark as shown, also "Sterling". Excellent vintage condition with just fine light wear and tarnish as shown - please view the photos, read the description, and ask all questions prior to purchase.
