Madame Alexander 1965 McGuffey Ana #788 BKW
Only made from 1963-65, this hard plastic doll is one of the few bent knee head turning walkers made by Madame Alexander.
She stands 8” tall and wears her original complete outfit of a red gingham dress, white cotton pinafore, cotton underskirt and full bloomers edged with lace, thick knit socks, black suede shoes and a straw hat with red ribbon and gold chin strap.
Her blonde stitched wig is in original setting of side braids banded with gold elastic. She features Wendy’s face mold with crystal gray-blue sleep eyes, cute button nose and rosebud lips. Her back is marked “ALEX”.
There are a few stained spots on her pinafore and some minor yellowing to the cotton. Her right eye has a tiny scratch. Hat’s chin strap has lost just a little bit of elasticity. See photos for details.
She is in excellent condition and comes straight from museum display. Make us an offer today!
