Very good used condition with minimal wear to the surface and bottom of the vase, a very small flake out of the finely applied blue thread. All commensurate with its age and use.

This Steuben Glass Clear Optic Vase with applied Blue Threading, is a wonderful example of fine art glass design, From the Frederick Carder era at Steuben Glass.
It has a clear optic pattern, that gives the appearance of motion, along with a gracefully applied blue thread to the upper body of the vase. At its center bottom there is a ground and polished pontil mark. It was designed for Steuben Glass, by Frederick Carder in c.1930’s
