Excellent figural study in gouache/watercolor of a female nude with a chair. This piece is sold unframed but mat and backing is included. The overall size of the matting is 18 x 20.5. The sight area is 13 x 15.25 inches, approximately. Unsigned work. Condition is very good no problems noted. A very competent rendering of the female form. Appears to be the work of a trained artist. Perhaps the best thing about this particular painting is the very mysterious expression of the woman's face. You seldom see a study like this with a good facial expression. For that reason, this study stands out in my opinion and is worthy of consideration.
