She has an incredible dreamy, sweet look, this Portrait Jumeau fashion doll with exceptionally beautiful blue eyes. Pierre-Francois Jumeau Paris at 1870th.
It is 20.5 inches /52 cm high and one of the very first models made by this house. She has a delicate, pale, turning head on a bisque breastplate, a closed mouth, delicate feathered eyebrows, pierced ears, beautiful cheek blush and blue paperweight eyes, black eyeliner and black painted upper and lower eyelashes. Her original, very light blonde wig and the original cork pate.
Her bisque head is marked with 8 and an orange/red mark that belongs to Jumeau. Bisque is perfect The goatskin leather body is in good condition considering its age with minor damage and small repair here and there and very firmly lined with individually stitched fingers.
This beautiful French poupee is wearing a wonderful antique bonnet and cape, leather shoes, one earring, and a antique fabric and lace dress. It's just a gorgeous outfit. Her original wig is no longer the prettiest, but it is original. But still completely functional under the bonnet.
