This book is about the adventures of the Roosevelt Bears, Teddy-B (brown bear) and Teddy-G (gray bear) by Seymour Eaton. The series started a weekly newspaper serial following the infamous bear hunt engaged in by Theodore Roosevelt. Seymour Eaton is credited with creating the term "teddy bear." The book was copyrighted in 1905, 1906 making it a first edition. The book has a colorful cardboard cover and paper pages. There is a single color plate and numerous black and white drawings. The exterior binding is intact but the interior is loose.. There are a couple of pages with old yellowed cellophane tape. Two pages are missing small corner pieces.. There are no missing pages. There are 60 pages with two pages of advertising.
