Description: A fine English Regency, c. 1820, mother-of-pearl and marquetry caddy box. The top and sides are inlaid with a multi-layered, Greek Key pattern with inlaid escutcheon and shield. Back and sides are unadorned. There are two compartments with removable lids. The lids are also inlaid.
Condition: Very good for age and use. There is an abrasion to the polish near one hinge and a 3/4 inch square let-in area where a repair has been made to the back panel.
