Antique, early 20th century English Grimwade's “Quick-Cooker Bowl” used for the preparation of traditional boiled English puddings. The bowl also promotes other Grimwade’s cookware whereby illustrated advertising in green transfer-print, spans the lid and bowl surfaces. The many technical merits of the pudding bowl, along with cooking instructions, is also offered. Overall condition is very good. There is a small amount of normal usage-related wear that includes; a discolored chip along the rim, spots of kiln-related discoloration and a minor fleabite also along the lid rim. It comes in clean, presentable and usable condition.
