Early 19th century pair of RARE English agate-decorated yelloware flowerpots on pedestal bases. Fine, trumpet-formed thin-bodied pots with a flared rim and a broad band of agate decoration in the center flanked by fine beaded banding. Condition is far from perfect as there are numerous hairlines and chips, along with small amounts of discoloration in a few places but acceptable considering their rarity especially as a pair. Please view all images carefully. No restoration.
Size: 7 ¼” height with base. Diameter at the top is 7”. Base diameter is 5 ¼”.
