19th century Victorian English tin-lined copper jelly mold of six-turreted form: A Belgrave V 1 registered mould. The lozenge design registration mark on the top dates to 1850 and the owner’s initials “R.P.E”, is engraved along the rim. There are dents and tiny pin holes visible when held up to the light, and very old solder marks on the turret tips (working repairs extended the useful life of the copper mould). The tin lining is well-preserved.
Size: 5 3/4” width. 5 1/8” height.
