Description of Doll for Sale
I am thrilled to present a stunning all original vintage Binnie Walker Flower Girl. She is model 1835 and is 18 inches tall. This Vintage Binne Walker Flower Girl was made by Madame Alexander for one year only in 1954. She is a vintage hard plastic Binnie Walker with the porcelain finish. She has factory gloves with a sueded type cloth on top and a white stretchy type material on the underside with a pearl button at the wrist. She is missing the generic Madame Alexander hat box and curlers that came with most Madame Alexander fashion dolls in the 50's. Easily replaced if you want her totally original. She has her original dress with a tool overlay covering the satin base. Under this is a hoop skirt and matching satin panties. The hoop is intact and is not bend out of shape. She also has her original shoes, socks and Flower Girl crown.
The head is marked Alexander. I wan not able to get a good photo of the mark. As often happens with Madame Alexander dolls the tag on the dress was cut off. I can see the remnants of the tag in the neck seam in the back of the dress. There is no question in my mind that this is the factory original Flower Girl dress.
