This vintage 1930s - 40s celluloid boxing boys wind-up toy works beautifully. It is marked 'Macau'. There are no splits or cracks in the celluloid and nice vivid paint throughout. These celluloid boxing dolls are each 4 " tall and they stand on 1 1/4" colorful metal mechanical pedestals on moving wheels. The wind-up is on the bottom and the key comes out when they are in action. There is a coiled metal ribbon that propels the boxers towards each other. The boxing dolls are in very good condition and the wheeling/mechanical action is great. This is a rather hard toy to find.
