Circa 1930s Unmarked Composition Patsy Joan Doll by Effanbee

This pretty unmarked composition doll that looks like Patsy Joan by Effanbee is in good condition for a doll made in 1928-on. She has a curly brown wig over her molded hair. Her sparkling blue eyes are clear and her facial paint is original. She has tin sleep eyes that work perfectly and retain their original mohair lashes. There are no cracks, splits or damages to her face composition. However, she has a stuffed body with composition lower arms and legs which have some wear and mottling. She has a checked red and white gingham dress and matching pants with a matching white cotton lace apron.
