This is a 1929 small cream colored wicker doll buggy with a black metal frame and wheels. It was shown in Woodward's catalogue page 63- The Shopping Guide of the West . Approximately 28" tall, 12" wide and 24" long. The rubber rimmed wheels are 9" in diameter and turn easily. The handle is a turned wooden one and was painted black to match the frame and wheels. Inside the bottom of the buggy has a wooden"liner" to support the doll. Around the top edge of the buggy and hood are round pieces of wood encased in the wicker for support. Additional shorter pieces are at the inside bottom and head of the buggy. A small turned wooden handle is attached at the head under the hood. The hood tips forward and is attached to the body of the buggy with metal hardware.
