This group of three Chinese children were identified as circa 1920s in the June 20th, 2018 Theriault Rendezvous Auction. Each has a papier mache head with painted facial features. One has black human hair over a shaded grey pate. The other two are wearing embellished silk caps. They all have cloth bodies over composition lower limbs and arms. Each is wearing a lovely original silk costume. The little Chinese children are 7", 7", and 5" tall. The dolls have endearing gentle smiles. They are generally in very good condition with some age related fading of their costumes.
