This is a 1928 original framed oil on board painting of a Chinese lady signed by Saunder Gee. She has beautiful flowing pastel-colored robes and seems to be rising from the mist in the forest. It is a lovely matted painting in a gilt colored multi-textured 23" x 18" frame. The painting is in very good condition. The frame is also in good condition with some minor age-related scuffs.
