This is a circa 1950s Plaster of Paris hand-painted 3 1/2" high x 4 1/2" wide Dutch Girl head ornament. She has a robin's egg blue bonnet, a cream-colored face with brown eyes and ruby red lips. She has an embedded hairpin hanger on the back. She is in good condition with a couple of small paint flaws.
