19th Century, James W. Tufts, Triple Plate, Sporting Dog
I believe this piece originally housed a crystal, Epergne Trumpet Vase, ( replacements are available ) and now makes a very nice pen holder. Very nice detail and weight.
Marked, James W. Tufts, Boston. Number 1079. Measures 4" x 2 1/2" x 3 1/2" Circa 1900
