Standard-sized c1910 heavily embossed and textured egg-shell toned New Years greeting card with hand-colored silk-screened pastel pink and blue flowers on a bas-relief paper-mache folded cover with a green highlights in the background, gold embossed paper lace trim - and a gold-embossed number “1” and “With Best Wishes” printed underneath. Inside pages are sheet of egg-shell-colored folded paper held in place with a light green cotton braided cord. New Years greeting in verse is printed in red on the inside. Unused.

PHOTO NOTE: The imaging process distorts the clarity of the images and sometimes the intensity of the colors. Hand-colored bas relief paper mache cards do not scan well. The muted "grainy" look is a distortion. The colors are more vivid and the clarity greater when viewed in person. The scanning process exaggerates discolorations and other minor defects, and many are much less noticeable when viewed in person.

CONDITION: Unused, but vintage - in excellent condition for it age, but not perfect. Colors are vibrant and image clear. NO creases or folds, and only light margin or corner wear. Egg-shell cast may be original but could be darkened by age. Some light smudge marks are on the paper-mache, mostly around the edges. Inside pages are age-discolored, but otherwise clean, undamaged, and in good condition. PLEASE EXAMINE PHOTOS CAREFULLY. ANY FLAWS ARE OBVIOUS IN THE PHOTOS.
