Advertising copy on both sides for products of Williams & Carleton, Wholesale Druggists in business since 1825 in Hartford, CT, including Williams' Choice Flavoring Extracts and Williams' New England Cough Remedy.
Lovely chromolithographed image in pastel colors of children playing on a fence at an ocean beach, framed with patterned wallpaper, with a sprig of green, a discarded doll, and a Victorian fan in the lower right corner.
Large trade card measures 6" high x 4-1/2" wide.

There is a reinforced upper left corner crease, but no tears. Corners slightly crushed. The back is very clean with no glue residue, but moderately brown age discoloration, heavier along the edges. The advertising copy is all complete, sharp and readable. ALL DEFECTS ARE VISIBLE IN THE PHOTOS.
