Vintage 1920s flat cut-out children's Art Deco Valentine card with brilliant gold leaf, vivid lithography and vibrant colors. Features boy and girl hanging gold leaf Valentines on a tree. Greeting message includes a rhyming couplet. Hand-printed with "Grandpa Shoe & Auntie Mugs" in blue ink.

Marked "Made in U.S. A." on the back. No lithographer or artist identified, but they are both clearly top notch. Card measures 4-3/4" wide by x 3-3/4" wide.

PHOTO NOTE: Small defects are exaggerated by the scanning process, and many are barely noticeable when viewed in person. The photos also distort the clarity of the images and sometimes the intensity of the colors. The muted "grainy" look is a distortion. The colors are often more vivid and the clarity greater when viewed in person.

CONDITION NOTE: LOOK CAREFULLY AT THE ATTACHED PHOTOS. Condition is accurately shown. Condition is excellent - near mint - with wonderful images, bright good leaf, and vivid colors. Card has no bends, creases or tears. Stand-up tabs on either side are slightly creased, but not folded. ALL DEFECTS ARE VISIBLE IN THE PHOTO.
