An antique German porcelain figure from the Carl Thieme Dresden factory, circa 1910. It depicts a colonial gentleman in coat, knee breeches, and hat, with arms extended as if giving an oration. It is in excellent condition with bright, vibrant colors and no chips, cracks, or repairs. It stands 5 3/8 inches high. It has a blue Dresden mark along with an impressed model number "1372". There is also a puce colored "76" on the rim of the base and what appears to be a red scepter.
