DESCRIPTION: Once a berry bowl, this intricately decorated porcelain piece will make a fine accessory to accent your favorite small mahogany, granite or marble table.
The shape of this bowl is scalloped and outlined in gilt. The gilt pattern repeats below the ¾” band of floral design. The floral design features blue garland scrolling above rust and orange cartouches with subtle shades of green leaves.
In center is a floral medallion that combines both design elements with perfection. The design is a very effective combination of transfer and handpainting.
WHY I LIKE IT: This porcelain bowl is an excellent ‘stand alone’ accent piece that can be placed on a table lamp (as shown) with beautiful results. And of course, it will gracefully hold fresh summer berries on your breakfast table.
