DESCRIPTION: This fine porcelain vase resembles the Belleek shell vases with the same color and similar intricate design. This vase is ivory and features a raised diamond pattern with a fine design line 1-1/2” below the top edges. Inside, a luster finish features shades of ivory. The vase is lightweight and appears translucent under direct cabinet lighting.

This vase was made at the David McBirney & Co. Belleek Pottery Company, in Belleek Ireland. The company originated in 1857 and continues to operate today producing recognizable products that are cherished and collected worldwide.

WHY I LIKE IT: The vase has a beautiful translucent appearance under cabinet lighting. When displayed on the same glass shelf with Waterford crystal, the contrast is simply elegant.
