DESCRIPTION: Of the “Russian Flowers” Series, this Dessert Set glimmers with gold and is painted to perfection. It includes one cup and saucer set, and one dessert plates.
One pristine white porcelain, the design is a single pink flower surrounded by blue forget-me-nots and leaves, gold pendants, with fine gold scrolls painted between flowers. A ¼” wide band of gilt is the simple border that accentuates the beauty of the florals and brings the design to life. The saucer features simplicity with only blue forget-me-nots and is a lovely complement to the fancy cup and dessert plate.
WHY I LIKE IT: The brilliant sheen of Pickard pieces are unique and exquisite. This dessert set is not only beautiful but is a nod to the past, when Pickard china painters created exceptional pieces that are standing the test of time.
