Here is a charming set of teabowl and saucer in oriental porcelain decorated with a flowering tree, a lake bird, a fence and a . . . curving blue thing. This is the type of Chinese design that was adapted freely and often by British porcelain makers. In fact, it is similar to a Lowestoft pattern as well as many other British patterns. Both pieces are in excellent condition with no damage. The decoration is also in excellent shape. The saucer is slightly over five and a half inches across.

A warm welcome! Please consider all our offerings, and feel free to inquire about more information. We’re always buying, so let us know if you have early porcelain items to sell.
