This handsome British teapot is very much a Chinese Export shape but with a typical English gilt design. The spherical body has shallow vertical channels around the outside, repeated on the lid. It is five and a half inches tall and in wonderful condition with only very slight wear to the gilding. Unmarked but the shape is definitely Caughley. No chips or cracks.
