Here is a very impressive set that so closely resembles a known pattern by Anstice, Horton & Rose (see the photo of a teapot) that I’m going to attribute it to them. It is unmarked, so this is a guess, but I think I’ve got the right factory. Both pieces are in excellent condition, with only two very tiny spots of gilding touched up for display purposes on the saucer. There is still a little gilt wear to the rims, but I don't think that will bother anyone. The whole set this came from must have lit up the whole room! The utterly dazzling saucer, one of my personal favorites, is five and a half inches across.
