Here is a very rare example from a Minton tea service in pattern 306, displaying a yellow ground with hand-painted landscapes in circular reserves surrounded by gilt lines. (I also have other pieces from this set on offer.) This sugar bowl and lid are in outstanding condition, close to perfect, with no chips or cracks and only some scattered black specks that resulted from the firing in the kiln. This is the best of the best—a very rare item in extraordinarily fine condition. The paintings of the landscapes and buildings are wonderful. (Please ask if you would like to know about other items from this set not listed.) The sugar is seven and a quarter inches across. Extremely rare in this condition.
