This confident-looking little guy is referenced as “Knabe Stuck li Hut” (Boy with Tool and Hat), number 561 in the reference book Ludwigsburger Porzellan. He is four and a quarter inches tall. I have no idea what that long-handled tool he’s holding is for. Never seen anything like it. In fact, the illustration of this particular figure in the reference book is missing the top of the tool. There is a repair to his hat brim and to the top edge of the tool, as well as something missing from his right hand. Great detailing.
