Many 18thc figures were left white, uncolored, and the Nymphenburg factory in Munich still produces these figures, exclusively by hand, using traditional methods to exacting standards. This figure, from a set depicting the royal hunt, is approximately eight and a quarter inches high and in excellent condition. It is marked with an impressed shield, various numbers and the green Nymphenburg mark. It is in perfect condition but it is missing the metal riding crop or whip that he was holding in his raised hand. There is a discount for multiple purchases of any of my white Nymphenburg figures.
A warm welcome! Please consider all our offerings, and feel free to inquire about more information. We’re always buying, so let us know if you have early porcelain items to sell.
