The 29 page paper booklet contains information about ways to cook vegetables for variety and ways to mix vegetables with other foods for a greater breadth of meal planning ideas. There are recipes that focus on beets, broccoli, cabbage, cauliflower, carrots, corn, cucumbers, dried beans, eggplant, green beans, greens, potatoes, kohlrabi, okra, parsnips, peas, onions, parsley, peppers, radishes, soybeans, squash and pumpkin, sweet potatoes, tomatoes and turnips and ends with a section on sauces that can be used to garnish vegetables and a section on vegetable plates, including ideas for plates that use various groupings of vegetables. The cover and pages are clean. The back cover is plain without any printing, but does have a few brown spots present. The booklet measures 6 x 9 inches. If you have a garden, perhaps this will inspire you with some novel ways to use the produce that you grow, or if you read this, it might inspire you to plant a garden and garner the health benefits of home-grown produce!
