This tin litho nosie maker was produced by US Metal Toy Co. and has the company logo on one of the yellow circles on the front. The face of the noise maker has clown faces. There is a red plastic handle to shake the noise maker. There is a metal bead inside that makes a clanking noise when it is shaken. The face is about 3 1/2 inches in diameter and the whole toy is abuot 4 1/2 inches long. The graphics are clean, bright and not scratched or dinged. There are no dents present.
