This narrow shallow bowl with fenestrated handles is a lovely example of German ceramics. The bowl is decorated with transfers of beautiful pink, red and white cabbage roses. There is gold embellishment in hand painted edging as well as garlands of transfer decoration. The rim of the bowl has fenestrated handles and embossed beading. The rim is airbrushed with luster decoration of purple and orange. The bottom is imprinted in gold with the number 33 and Made in Germany in a small rectangle. There are no chips or cracks or crazing. This bowl measures 8 1/2 x 4 1/4 inches and stands 1 1/4 inches high.
