This is a lovely porcelain lady’s slipper or shoe. The white porcelain body is hand painted with pink, purple and a lovely buttery yellow over the throat and vamp. The shiny glaze was then decorated with heavy gold embellishment. The shoe is 5 1/2 inches long and stands about 2 1/4 inches high. There are no chips, cracks or crazing present.

The sole of the shoe is unglazed and is stamped in gold with Made in Germany and the number 46.
