This 1982 31 page booklet from Reynolds Wrap is entitled Entertaining Ease. The layout of this book is done with a theme for a variety of party or dinner scenarios that contain the recipes for the scenario and how to use Reynolds Wrap or other Reynolds products in the recipe or the assembly for serving.
For example, one of the scenarios is “Appetizer Open House”. There are 5 appetizers to be served. There is a timetable given for what can be made well ahead and what must be done immediately before the open house so that everything is done methodically. The recipe for each of the appetizers is presented. There are even some pointers for serving and how to manipulate the recipes if you have more than 24 guests.
Another scenario is a “Company Dinner for Six”. There are 3 courses, a timetable for how to organize preparation, the recipes and, again, party pointers including what to do if someone is late and you have to delay serving, or how to alter the brisket recipe if there are 8 guests.
Some of the scenarios use Reynolds disposable aluminum baking pans, plastic wrap, oven bags as well as aluminum foil. This is a nice little book with serviceable recipes, help for the disorganized hostess or the novice and nicely organized sections for gatherings for lots of different occasions.
The pages are tight and basically clean, but some recipes are marked as to who liked them and there are a couple of spots on the pages from use.
